We want you to love your Devon Windsor pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 21 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return journey.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
